So over this weekend I was able to complete a few layouts. The first one I would like to show you is titled "I Was A Boy?" Completed for January Oh Baby Challenge over @ Scrapbook.com Gabby saw a picture of herself, but she did not know it was her. Farrah told her that is was her as a baby. Gabby asks her "I was a boy?" Farrah told her that she was not a boy but she just didn't have alot of hair. Which is true, she was born with a nice amount of hair, but it fell out and started to grow into a small, curly afro. I was worried it would never grow but she was still a cute little baby. Now she has hair that I have to keep up 2 or 3 times a week.
I Was A Boy?
The base ppr is Sassafras Sweetly Smitten, I used scraps of AC Smitten, CP Peppermint & On Trend. EP Happy Days and Heidi Swapp. I made the heart using AC Smitten and Fiskars 2 inch heart punch. The felt butterfly is Heidi Swapp, the card is Dear Lizzy, the glitter heart is chipboard by Doodlebug Hopscotch font. The small pink stickers are Glitz Designs Pink Woodgrain and the glitter question mark is AC Thickers Lax.
Blessed & Happy
Inspired by Meghann Andrew's Almost layout found on pg 33 of January Scrapbook Trends. The base ppr is CP Little Boy Blue-Leo. I used scraps of CP Peppermint and MME Honey. I misted with Heidi Swapp Georgia Peach and TA True Turquoise. The grey stickers are October Afternoon and the pink are AC Fantastic. Farrah was so happy to receive some great gifts that she loves so much. I documented 2 of them on this page, a bracelet maker kit, an artist set that includes canvas, paint, colored pencils and other goodies.
She Heart's Oatmeal
Gabby loves her oatmeal. She loves it in strawberry, peaches and blueberry, it's her all time favorite breakfast treat. I on the other hand cannot stand the texture so I don't eat it.
The base ppr is BG Fact, cut from 12/12. I layered punched shapes and scraps of AC Walnut Grove, Heidi Swapp Sugar Chic, EP Happy Days and Sassafras lass. I used TA Rosey, I learned a tip to misting, spray in the cap and let it drip on the ppr. So cute right. The blue heart is Doodlebug Hopscotch font, the letter stickers are October Afternoon Mini Market Sherbet. The "oatmeal" letters are Amy Tan Muse.

Happy, Happy, Happy
Drew inspiration from Studio Calico Sunday Sketch 1/20/13. I took these pictures last February. I think the filter was either film grain or black and white. I was playing with the settings on the camera and decided to shoot w/o color. I also used some hoarded items. I made my photo mat from K and Company Wild Raspberry 8/8. The punched shapes are from Greenhouse. Got those items over 2 years ago. I used Paper Shapers 3/4 square punch for the shapes. I punched a circle from Walnut Grove and put a pop dot behind it and layered over another square. I made the heart with Fiskar's 2 inch heart and Echo Park Happy Day scraps. The blue glitter heart is Doodlebug Hopscotch Font. The label sticker is BG Paper Cottage. I misted with Tattered Angels mist in Aqua.
My 2 Girls
Inspired by one of Elizabeth Carney's layouts from a few years ago. The photo was taken last February of the girls at the park. The base ppr is 5th and Frolic 24th & Sparrow. The blue ppr is MME I think. The ribbon is AC Everyday ribbon. The butterflies are punched using Martha Stewart 3 in 1 punch. I used a Fiskar's corner rounder on the scrap cardstock. The February sticker is Photo Freedom, the brown stickers are Teresa Collins Tell Your Story. The chipboard letters are Thickers Anywhere. I misted with TA Rosey. The 2 die cut is Dear Lizzy.
