I created this for November Girls Challenge over @ Scrapbook.com. I got the inspiration from "A" by Keisha Campbell in October's Scrapbook Trends pg 39 if you have it. I made the tags with tag stamps, distress ink, blank bookmarks and some butterfly stamps. The background ppr is new by Basic Grey called Fiction (Fact or Fiction from Joann's). I got the 6/6 but ended up going back to get the 12/12. The butterfly stamps are Hero Arts Artistic Butterfly trio and the tag stamps are by Stampendeous. The ink is new Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers. The big punch @ the top is Daisy fan by Martha Stewart. The large petal flower is 2XL by Fiskar's. It's a new addition to the store, got it a few months ago.I also have the 3XL punch and just recently got the 4XL punch. Love them. I used Martha Stewart 8/8 paper pad to punch the flower. Of course the smaller butterflies are Martha Stewart.
Surprisingly the weather here is nice, a little crisp but the sun is out. I'm gonna get Farrah ready and let her play or run wild on the green across the way annnd snap some pics. Have a blessed day.
The Perfect Day
I took this photo a few wks ago of Gabby with her balloon. She loves them. I wanted to keep this one simple, I just kinda freestyled it. I made the banner from a scrap of BG Out of Print and inked the edges. I made butterflies from scraps of MME Lavender ink and Paper Shapers medium butterfly punch. Again I inked the edges. Behind the photo I used Shimmerz spray in Razzelberry and misted over Mr. Huey's Bubbles mask. I used EK circle border punch on the right side. I used BG Soleil sticker as a journal spot. I made the stitch with embroidery floss, WRMK brad setter and a ruler. The file tab was made with scraps of Glitz Design Cashmere Dame and Jenni Bowlin File Tab punch
Beautiful layouts! I loooove that punch! Love how you placed the photo on the handmade banner and the way you punch just a small piece off the side, looks awesome!
